New doesn't always mean clean flawless paint. Unfortunately In my experience working for Numerous Dealerships it is very common that vehicles can become damaged during transport. I've paint corrected more "New" vehicles fresh off the car hauler with little to no kilometers than I care to admit. New vehicles could be covered in Rail Dust, Tar and mud from transport. Protective shipping plastic can come loose and start flapping against the paint for hundreds of Kilometers causing deep marring. Careless Car Lot workers can scratch vehicles walking between rows of parked cars or cause scratches from rough careless snow removal. Even improper wash techniques during delivery prep can leave swirls and scratches in the paint work. Rushed Delivery practices often mean cutting corners to get into the show room and the customer behind the wheel of their new car as quickly as possible. That's where I come in. After receiving your new vehicle we will give it a meticulous looking over after a scratch free hand wash, Remove any Adhesive Residue left on body or wheels, inspect for paint defects like bird dropping burns and factory dust nib removal sanding marks, paint contamination and marring. If needed we will clean the paint with fallout remover and fine grade clay. Spot paint correction of any defects found. If many severe defects are found and require extensive paint correction we will contact you and suggest additional services before proceeding. After correction we will then apply our 6-9 month Hybrid Ceramic Pro Paint Sealant, Premium Tire Dressing and then turn our focus to the interior. We will remove all floor mats, compressed air blow out, give a through vacuuming, inspect for any protective plastic, stickers and adhesive residue missed during delivery. Wipe down Dash, Doors, Center console and cup holders. Application of non-greasy satin UV water based protectant, Leather Lotion, Fabric Scotch Guard, Dress floor mats, clean all glass and wipe door jambs. this process takes 4-6 hours. This service is for "NEW" 1-2 month old Vehicles Only. if additional cleaning or shampoo is required additional charges will apply.
